Journaling Workshop

Embark on a journey that empowers girls with a valuable skill of processing thoughts and supports their mental well-being, emotional intelligence, and self-discovery during a crucial developmental stage.

Our program, located in Annapolis, MD, invites local middle school girls to register for small group workshops that encourage their personal growth.

Through discussions and activities, students will explore their emotions, thoughts, and behaviors that are essential for managing relationships and challenges.
